One Hyde Park is a major residential and retail complex. The development includes three retail units totalling 385,000 sq ft and 86 residential properties marketed with prices starting at around ยฃ20 million.
The units were required to meet in-room noise levels of NR25 at elevated external static pressures whilst keeping the unit size within a restricted footprint. The vertical, fully painted units supplied incorporate the latest energy saving EC-DC motor technology.
The units are fully packaged and include built in attenuators, high efficiency filters up to F7 grade, DC fans, heating/cooling coils and a recessed controls enclosure incorporating a full controls package.
