Diffusion supplied 980 of varying types and designs of fan coil units to One Bishopsgate Plaza at 150 Bishopsgate, London. The new 41-storey mixed-use development which combines luxury residential accommodation, a 5-Star hotel and a public plaza with retail and restaurants.
Diffusion’s Highline fan coil units were installed by contractors GBE in the Hotel and retail areas of the build. The landmark 160 Sky Residences, installed by TClarke, are a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments from level 21 upwards with views of the River Thames, the Tower of London, The Gherkin and St Paul’s Cathedral. On floors 6-19 is the luxury Pan Pacific Hotel with wellness, meeting/events spaces and a 380-seat double-height ballroom/conference facility in the basement. The development will also feature a public space with shops, cafes and commercial space.
